The annual survey conducted by the Top Employers Institute certifies the world\u2019s best companies in the HR field: those that offer excellent working conditions, that train and develop talent at all company levels and that work constantly to improve and optimise their best practices in the field of Human Resources. \u00abThis is an important result,\u201d stated Giuseppe Savino, Head of Human Resources &amp; Organisation. \u201cIt rewards a process that started years ago and that has seen the company invest continually in training, health and sustainability with a view to providing all staff with an ongoing improvement in working conditions and greater work-life balance. \u201cThe Top Employer certification is a sought-after award but also an incentive to continue to invest in the most precious resource that every company has: the people\u00bb.
