“The Experience” by Milton Royan Gabriel is the winner of the “Dress Your Vision – Alcantara in on board” contest, the online competition organised by Auto&Design and Alcantara, open to transportation design students and car design enthusiasts, strictly non-professional. The young creatives were asked to come up with design proposals for the mobility of the future that use the Alcantara material in an innovative way.<\/p>\n

“The Experience” is a study of a modular interior environment dedicated to the vehicles of the future. The seat can be a more traditional type or a hammock for longer journeys where autonomous driving comes into play. Alcantara is used as upholstery and has small air bubbles within its weave that can inflate and deflate to increase comfort and better take the shape of the passenger’s body.<\/p>\n
