The car&#8217;s design, created by the team led by March Lichte, features a radical evolution of the styling cues of the current A6 family. With a length of 4.96 meters, a width of 1.96 meters and a height of 1.44 meters, the Audi A6 Avant e-tron concept anticipates the lines of the brand&#8217;s future high-end models and at the same time takes up some of the styling elements that distinguish the current e-tron range such as the closed single frame grille and the luminous band that joins the rear light style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>The lines of the Audi A6 Avant e-tron concept, whose dimensions are close to those of the current Audi A6 Avant and Audi A7 Sportback, are dedicated to aerodynamic efficiency. A characteristic that has always been shared with the Audi A6 family, as testified by the coefficient of aerodynamic resistance (CX) of 0.30 prerogative of the third generation of the Audi 100: in 1982 the reference of the category. \u00a0If, in fact, the saloon-coup\u00e9 variant Audi A6 e-tron can count on a CX of 0.22, at the top of the E Bev segment, the Avant configuration deviates by only 0.02 points. The virtual side mirrors are derived from Audi e-tron and Audi e-tron Sportback. Their images, captured by cameras at the ends of the supports, are displayed in the passenger compartment through dedicated screens at the base of the front pillars. The rear of the Audi A6 Avant e-tron concept is entirely dedicated to aerodynamics: the roof spoiler, a natural extension of the tail line, is accompanied by a generous extractor. Both elements contribute to a radical reduction in turbulence and ensure high downforce values. The Audi A6 Avant e-tron concept relies on Matrix Led and Oled technologies. LEDs also play a leading role along the sides of the car, thanks to three small projectors that transform the asphalt into a stage when the doors are opened: drivers and passengers are greeted by multiple luminous animations and welcome signs. Aesthetic refinement goes hand in hand with safety: the side lights also provide warnings, for example to oncoming cyclists if the doors are opened.
