Jeep announces a comprehensive plan for the next new generation of electric vehicles. The plan is to launch four zero-emission SUVs in Europe and North America by the end of 2025. According to the statement, by 2030 its sales in the US will be 50 per cent all-electric vehicles, while in Europe the share will be 100 per cent. The American manufacturer released the first images of three of the four new battery-powered models: Recon, Wagoneer (codenamed Wagoneer S) and the production version of the compact Avenger.<\/p>\n

The first model in this electric product offensive is the Avenger, a compact SUV first seen earlier this year. The model will be produced in Poland and marketed in Europe, Japan and South Korea and will be positioned below the Jeep Renegade. The range will reportedly be around 400 km on a single charge.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The Jeep Recon will be presented to the public in 2023 while production will start in 2024 in North America and will also be marketed in Europe. According to the statement, this all-new car will appeal to those who like to venture into remote places in near silence with a rugged, all-electric vehicle. The Recon will have a boxy design with strong Jeep identity elements, such as the ever-present seven-slot grille, sunroof and removable doors.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Jeep Wagoneer S<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The Wagoneer S will enhance Jeep’s offering in the premium SUV segment by offering a streamlined, sleek and original design with standard 4×4 traction, all-terrain handling and advanced technologies. With a target range of 640 km, 600 horsepower and a 0-100 km\/h acceleration time of around 3.5 seconds, the Wagoneer S will feature an exterior design characterised by a closed, LED-lit grille and good aerodynamic efficiency thanks to a number of touches such as handles flush with the bodywork.
