Joaquin Garcia will replace Carsten Monnerjan who will leave Italdesign on 1 April to take up the position of Head of Design at Porsche Lifestyle Group.<\/p>\n<p>Joaquin, 48, after graduating in Industrial Design from the Cardenal Herrera University in Valencia, received his Master&#8217;s degree in Vehicle Design from the Royal College of Arts in London in 1998. Since then he has held high-profile positions of increasing responsibility at Renault, Ford, \u0160koda and Seat\/Cupra before joining Nio&#8217;s European Style Centre as Design Studio Director. &#8220;I will strive to lead and grow the creative team and to support this great company, pushing it to be more and more a protagonist in the future scenarios of mobility and sustainability.
