The appointment is effective as of 1 June. Ram\u00edrez will lead the Hyundai Design Europe Centre and strengthen the competitiveness of the Korean manufacturer&#8217;s design in the rapidly evolving global automotive industry to provide, according to the statement, \u2018customer-centric design innovation\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>After graduating from Coventry University and the Royal College of Art, Eduardo Ram\u00edrez started his career as an exterior designer at Audi and later at General Motors.
