Simcoe will be replaced by Bryan Nesbitt, currently executive director of Global Cadillac Design. \u2018Michael is a visionary designer and leader,\u2019 said Mark Reuss, president of General Motors. \u2018Under his leadership, GM Design has created an extraordinary portfolio of vehicles that customers love. At the same time, we are thrilled that Bryan is stepping up to lead GM Design, where he will use his considerable talent and formidable leadership skills to take us into the future.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Cadillac&#8217;s latest concept vehicles, Opulent Velocity and SOLLEI, were built under Nesbitt&#8217;s leadership. Under Simcoe&#8217;s leadership, GM&#8217;s design studios have produced numerous award-winning products, including the Cadillac Lyrq, GMC Hummer EV and Chevrolet Equinox EV.
