Aston Martin is proud to present the new Vantage Roadster, the convertible companion to the world-conquering Vantage Coupe. Powered by Aston Martin’s twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre V8 engine producing 665 horsepower, the Vantage Roadster offers all the performance, dynamic sensations and excitement of the coupe, with more freedom and thrills for open-air motoring enthusiasts. It was essential that all the impact of the Vantage Coupe was retained for the Vantage Roadster, which had to retain its lines both with the roof raised and lowered. This goal has been achieved: when the roof is closed, the Vantage Roadster looks like it was never designed to be anything else. The strongly angled windscreen joins the top of the car to create a proportionally authentic sports car profile.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The widened stance introduced on the coupe is retained on the Roadster, as is the enlarged aperture of the characteristic Aston Martin grille; a lesson in how to combine beauty and functionality, with the large grille increasing the airflow of the powerful engine by almost 30 per cent. \u2018The new Vantage Roadster is a plastic masterpiece. The Vantage Roadster, like its Coupe counterpart, is the latest model to feature Aston Martin’s next-generation infotainment. Created in-house and first introduced on the DB12, it is entirely customised and developed in-house from scratch.
