There are eight 2021 winners of the Altagamma Young Entrepreneurs Award – Believing in the Future, which was created in 2015 with the aim of highlighting emerging Italian companies in the various sectors represented by Altagamma. The Award aims at identifying and approaching the new generation of creative entrepreneurs, offering exclusive tools for their growth path and new relational opportunities in the Italian high-end ecosystem. Moda: LA DOUBLEJ

DoubleJ is Milan’s multi-tasking destination for high-frequency fashion distinguished by the winking twist and cheerfulness of its founder J.J. Martin. Relying on the best artisans in the industry, its 100% Made in Italy collections highlight Italian craftsmanship and the art of good living typical of the Bel Paese. All La DoubleJ’s creations are the result of a vision filtered through lenses of pure joy, bright colours and love for all that is maximalist.

Design: INTERNOITALIANO

Internoitaliano’s system has a beating heart made up of a production fabric made up of a network of artisan workshops that embody the excellence of the Italian ability to create products of the highest quality. The ambition is to restore a value of normality to design: products are designed to be long-lasting and to become part of our daily lives with personality and discretion.

Gioielleria: SABBA

Sabba is a high jewellery maison founded by Alessandro Sabbatini in 2014. Each piece of jewellery is produced in a single piece and made by a few selected Italian and French hands, in a constant dialogue between creator and artisan. Alessandro Sabbatini began his career as a designer at Cartier, which he left in 2014 to realise his dream: a production of very few pieces, conceived as journeys through colours and shapes with no limits on the choice of stones. A single common thread: to produce very few pieces in order to celebrate the beauty and uniqueness of every woman.

Gioielleria: SO-LE STUDIO

SO-LE Studio was born in 2017 under the guidance of Creative Director and Founder Maria Sole Ferragamo. SO-LE Studio’s mission is to transform discarded materials such as leather and brass into unique jewellery, amulets and armour for all generations. Its creative headquarters are in Milan, while production remains in the Florentine hills. SO-LE Studio presents one collection per year with new designs. Previous collections are constantly reinterpreted with new shapes and finishes. The key words of SO-LE Studio’s portraiture are: longevity, dynamism, versatility, lightness and a sense of provocation.

Alimentare: PORTOFINO DRY GIN

Portofino Dry Gin is a craft distillate created to celebrate the beauty of the Italian landscape and the rich heritage of the Ligurian Riviera. The iconic product celebrates Klaus Pudel – grandfather of Portofino Dry Gin’s Founder and CEO, Ruggero Raymo – who saved Portofino from destruction during World War II, deeply loving the village and hosting the finest parties of the ‘La Dolce Vita’ era in the 1950s and 1960s. Just like Pudel, this gin is characterised by a creative and refined spirit with an unmistakable Mediterranean note, that of fresh lemon and juniper and 19 other botanicals that evoke the taste of traditional Ligurian cuisine.

Velocità: MOTO PARILLA

Moto Parilla was born within the Motor Valley ecosystem in Emilia Romagna in 2017 and echoes the eye-catching style and originality of the historic motorbike brand in vogue in the 1940s and 1960s. The new company has created a new concept of e-bike, with a very high degree of innovation and design to unite the world of motorbikes and bikes, producing every component entirely in Italy. Moto Parilla’s e-bikes are produced with incredible tailoring, in limited numbers and totally bespoke, with maniacal attention to quality materials, finishes and assembly.

Hotellerie & Wellness: FRAGILE COSMETICS

Fragile Cosmetics offers a multi-sensory genderless experience through natural, vegan and eco-friendly products for hair and skin. From the experience of Franco Gobbi, an international hairstylist who has worked on fashion shows and photo shoots all over the world, and the research and development skills of design-loving entrepreneur Manuela Affatato, comes a line where love of nature merges with the very idea of beauty. An essential multifunctional line that combines precious organic and sustainable active ingredients with unisex and eco-friendly fragrances and design. According to them, Fragile is a way of representing the delicate balance between human nature and the planet we live on.

Innovation: ORANGE FIBER
