Italdesign celebrates the three winning teams of the “Research Contest on Future Mobility in Cities” during a special night held inside the company’s Headquarters in Moncalieri, Italy. Launched last February with the Patronage of the City of Turin as part of the celebrations for Italdesign’s 50th anniversary, the contest gathered together 88 projects from teams from 20 different countries.

The winning teams come from Europe and South America and their proposals address the themes of public transport management, accessibility to medical care for all and solutions for long distance journeys.

The international jury awarded:

  • 1st prize to “The M.A.R2V. System” project by Roberto Monti, Alessandro Bianchi, Alessandro Consalvi, Andrea Rosellini
  • 2nd prize to “myCare” project by Marco Balagna Dena, Elena Verduci
  • Jury Special Mention to “DOZE. SLEEP IN MOTION” project by Leonardo Caricato

The awards ceremony ideally closed the celebrations for the 50th anniversary of the foundation of Italdesign.
