Rolls-Royce Motor Cars is a dream brand, and now a new generation of aspiring designers are being encouraged to bring their automotive dreams to life through a special competition. Launched to provide parents and children with an indispensable distraction during their stay at home linked to the spread of the coronavirus epidemic around the world, the British brand invites aspiring designers up to the age of 16 to design the Rolls-Royces of the future. The competition allows the designers of the future to unleash their imagination and creativity, even while at home.
The new competition is an extension of the annual Family Day Celebration of Rolls-Royce employees held at the company’s headquarters in Goodwood, England. The design team will judge all the entries and select an overall winner, who will receive an illustration of his design and a trip with the driver in a Rolls-Royce Phantom for his first day back to school accompanied by his best friend. The runner-up will receive a certificate signed by Torsten Müller-Ötvös, the Managing Director of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. The young designers will be able to share their innovative projects here.
