Aehra, a new premium electric car brand, announced the appointment of two new hires in the design department. Filippo Perini, former head of design at Lamborghini and Italdesign, has been appointed Chief Design Officer. During his time as Chief Designer at Lamborghini, Perini led the creation of key road cars and concept cars, such as the Lamborghini Murciélago LP 640, the Aventador, the Huracan, the Centenario and the Urus.
Alessandro Serra left his position as Group Manager of Genesis Advanced Design Europe to take on the new role of Head of Design at Aehra. In doing so, he continues a 20-year collaboration with Filippo Perini. Serra’s previous roles include Head of Exterior Design at Lamborghini and Innovation Designer at Italdesign.
