Kia has released the first images of the EV9, a top-of-the-range electric-only SUV with a highly distinctive design anticipated in 2021 by a concept car of the same name. The EV9 is said to represent another important milestone in the era of electrification and will dramatically accelerate the brand’s transformation into a ‘sustainable mobility solutions provider’.
The EV9 highlights a strong future-oriented exterior design with an imposing front end supported by elegant lines with a strong stylistic impact created by the Kia design team led by Karim Habib. Stunning lighting systems, created by the front and rear lights, complement the EV9’s cutting-edge identity. Kia will reveal every detail of both the exterior and interior design in mid-March while key product information will be announced at the end of March during the Kia EV9 World Premiere.
