Fiat returns to the B segment with the new 600, an electric crossover making its debut at the Lingotto in Turin. Available in a five-door version, the car was designed by the team headed by Francois Leboine following the stylistic canons of the 500 family. The new Fiat 600e, which can also be called the ‘big sister’ of the 500e, takes its name from the original 600 and offers a young, fashionable style. According to the statement, the interior and exterior design embodies the philosophy and beauty of the Dolce Vita. Compared to the 500, it features a front section with sharper, bolder lines, a new chrome 600 badge on both the front and sides, and all-new LED headlights.
The refined yet dynamic exterior look is enhanced by large wheels (up to 18” and a diameter of 690 mm), black skirts and wheel arches, while Italy is represented by the tricolour flag on the rear bumper. Several elegant features emphasise the exterior lines, such as gloss black, chrome details and bright rear light elements. On the inside, the new 600 embodies the pop soul of the Fiat brand with numerous features designed to offer the greatest possible comfort. The car even offers a colour therapy function: customers can select up to 8 different colours for both ambient light and radio ambience, with a predefined tone-on-tone combination and a total of 64 different combinations.
The driver’s seat features electric tilt adjustment and a rear massage function. The new Fiat 600e also offers ivory-coloured synthetic leather seats with the turquoise-accented Fiat monogram and a 3-level heating system. Moreover, for a comfortable and pleasant driving experience, velour floor mats, split-folding rear seats (60-40), type A and type C + type C USB ports for the second row, wireless charger for the smartphone and keyless entry with proximity sensor (so you never forget the car is open) complete the equipment.
