Polestar opens its first space in Milan. Present at the opening, for the first time in Italy, was the Polestar 3 SUV. The Polestar Space covers an area of 300 square metres with exclusively Polestar Specialist personnel. A second Polestar Space will open in Rome by the end of the year. “There is no better way to appreciate the performance and driving feel of a Polestar than to drive it. With the opening of our Spaces, we enable those interested to enjoy this unique experience in their own city by bringing together the two things that matter most: the person and the product, always supported by our online Customer Engagement Centre,” said Alexander Lutz, Managing Director of Polestar Italia.
Polestar Spaces are retail outlets that depart from the traditional dealership concept to become vehicle- and e-mobility-centric places. The role of the more than 150 Polestar Spaces globally is to offer a high-end, modern customer experience as part of Polestar’s digital-first business model*, where vehicles are purchased online. They are distinguished by their minimalist design, high digital interactivity and the presence of Polestar specialists who provide on-site advice on vehicles and e-mobility. Customers control the entire process, from initial consultation to test drive and, if they wish, delivery of the Polestar model of their choice.
