Skoda has unveiled the latest exterior sketches of the new Kodiaq, revealing a distinctive and engaging design. Highlights include the sculptural front end, squared-off wheel arches housing 18- to 20-inch wheels, rear bumper and second-generation Matrix LED light clusters with crystal-clear design elements. “The new Kodiaq has a strikingly distinctive and dynamic look. In line with the principle ‘form follows function’, we have implemented into it the first elements of our future design language, Modern Solid. The design clearly emphasises practicality and at the same time delivers more efficient aerodynamics through the dynamic shape,” explained Oliver Stefani, Skoda’s head of design.
The new Kodiaq has a distinctive look, has grown in size and promises even more interior space. It features a more sculpted bonnet than the previous generation, squared-off wheel arches and a range of 18- to 20-inch wheels. Another key point of the exterior look is the optional D-pillar trim with a satin finish called Unique Dark Chrome.
