Torino Design, in collaboration with ENIT (Italian National Tourism Board), has displayed the excellence of Italian automotive design at IMEX (the worldwide exhibition for incentive travel, meetings and events), which took place in Frankfurt from the 19th to 21st of April last.
Around the world Italy is a synonym of history, elegance and creativity. Torino Design aimed to sum these virtues all in one vehicle. Torino Design’s “Super Sport” is focused on pure forms, far away from provisional trends or fashion. This dream car is able to express the italian soul of “Granturismo” at its best, offering elegant lines capable to design a timeless style, sober and essential.
The sides appear as a shell that covers the carbon fiber frame and forms a floating wing that raises the front visually, leaving room for the flow of air required for the down-force.
At the rear there is no showy spoiler weighing on the design and the straightforward lines serve the aerodynamics, engine cooling and the unforgettable graphic signature.
The personality of a “Granturismo” is not proportional to the number of its lines or way-out signs. It is a matter of purity and synthesis of forms, for a design that must remain imprinted in mind and never loses its contemporary spirit.
