“We are developing some unique accessories that will improve life aboard our SUV.” Henrik Fisker, designer and founder of the brand that bears his name, has posted a first sketch on his Twitter profile showing what the interiors and accessories of Fisker Ocean, an electric SUV making its debut in 2022, could look like. The Fisker Ocean is a high wheeled electric engineered in Turin by Italdesign and can count on a clean design, smooth surfaces and square shapes with rounded corners.
The American manufacturer has already thought about some body variants. After the debut of the classic Ocean version will come the Force-E, dedicated to offroad and modified both in technical settings and in the design of exterior and interior with enhanced and raised suspension, specific wheels and tyres for off-road use and additional front lights, and a sportier version with enhanced engine and carbon elements. “This variant is dedicated to fun, it will be called PowerSport,” Fisker announces. In the meantime, development of the basic model continues with the latest aesthetic changes in detail. The manufacturer is also working on a platform change and, if all goes well, the Ocean could be born on the Volkswagen group’s MEB platform thanks to an agreement that would also include the supply of the battery pack.
