Jeep has released a new rendering of the electric Wrangler. The zero-emission version of the famous American off-roader will debut as a prototype during the upcoming Moab Easter Jeep Safari, which will take place from 28 March to 3 April in Utah, USA.

The electric car is expected to maintain the proportions of the current model, albeit with specific changes to certain details due to the zero-emission nature of the car which, according to Jeep, will maintain a classic four-wheel drive scheme with differential, without adopting the two-motor solution, one for each axle. The image published shows the wording “Magneto” on the bonnet, which should be reserved for this electric version. The style centre responsible for the design of the car did not want to forego the conspicuous air intakes on the bonnet and accessories dedicated to off-road use.
