Lexus has released the first images of the electric sports car unveiled for the first time on December 14 during the event in which Akio Toyoda, president of the Japanese manufacturer, revealed as many as 16 new concept cars from Toyota, bZ and Lexus. The new sports model will be part of a full range of electrics that Lexus will launch by 2030. The car will serve as the heir to the LFA, the hypercar produced in 500 units by Lexus between 2010 and 2012 designed by Leonardo Fioravanti. The acceleration of the new electric car from 0 to 100 km / h will take place in just over 2 seconds, with a claimed range of over 700 km thanks to the possible use of solid state batteries.
