At the Auto Expo 2023 event in Delhi, India, Suzuki unveiled the eVX, a concept car that anticipates the styling content of the Japanese manufacturer’s first all-electric SUV due to arrive in 2025. According to the statement, the eVX is a zero-emission model that combines Suzuki’s 4×4 styling DNA with the advanced features of the latest electric vehicles. The design of the exterior is intended to make the vehicle instantly recognisable as an SUV. The model is 4.30 metres long, 1.80 metres wide and 1.60 metres high and is equipped with a 60-kilowatt-hour battery pack for a claimed range of 550 kilometres.
“I am delighted to present the eVX, our first global electric vehicle. For the Suzuki Group, tackling global warming is a priority and we are promoting a series of measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Suzuki will continue to provide valuable products to our customers around the world, optimising them for the way different people live and drive,” said Kinji Saito, Executive General Manager of Suzuki.
