The transition to clean energies has even changed quite noticeably the image of many car manufacturers, who in recent years have modified their logos, graphics and brand image, shifting key concepts towards digitalisation and sustainability. For those who, like Toyota, can rightly consider themselves pioneers of electrification and therefore privileged players in this particular transition, the change is less conspicuous because it rests on already solid foundations, but no less sought after. Today, the House of the Three Ellipses is already referred to as the main player in hybrid mobility, and it is exactly from the hybrid that it is starting to build its vision of the future, summed up in the slogan Let’s Go Beyond, which is based on an equally “hybrid” approach, in the multidisciplinary sense, built not on a single technology or a single way of approaching mobility but on different solutions and with an overall view.

Today, more than ever, Hybrid becomes the manifesto of Toyota, which pursues environmental sustainability objectives by aiming to prove itself as the brand of reference in electrification: it does so and will continue to do so, however, embracing all solutions, developing 100% electric and hydrogen products for all applications, including public transport, but also developing its offer, transforming itself through the new Kinto brand, launched a few years ago, into a 360° mobility provider. With this division, a true brand with its own visual identity, it offers flexible short- and long-term rental solutions that meet the needs of companies as well as individuals.

The hybrid is also the tool through which Toyota now aims to involve its public in the common goal of a more responsible and careful way of moving. It does this through the WeHybrid community, with which it organises real challenges for those who drive the most virtuously or travel the most on electric power, rewarding them by publishing the results on its social channels or with real bonuses to spend in the form of discounts on coupons or Kinto services.
