Fisker, a Californian electric car manufacturer, has unveiled its second model after the Ocean SUV. It’s called Ronin, it’s a convertible with strongly sporty lines and is, of course, zero emissions. The architecture chosen by the Fisker team for the Ronin is that of a grand tourer with a rigid roof that can be folded into a real open-air convertible.
The designers have focused on lightness to ensure maximum driving fun. This is the reason for the use of composite materials (the roof is made of carbon), while the frame is made of aluminum. Among the salient features is the two-and-a-half-door opening, a solution adopted to allow better access to the rear seats.
Carbon has also been used for the 23-inch wheels, while the interior will be made from sustainable materials. To see the Ronin we will have to wait some more time: the American electric convertible will be officially presented in 2025 and built in 999 specimens.
