Forty-one years after its launch, the Car Design Award continues to be the international reference accolade for the design teams authors of the best production and concept car projects, as well as the best design language. The award, organized this year in collaboration with Alcantara, announces the finalist projects and brands for 2025. As required by the Rulebook, the jurors selected 10 production car projects and 10 concept car projects unveiled between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024, plus 5 brands that have stood out for the formal language of their entire product range. The finalists have been selected by the Car Design Award jury members following the award’s three categories: Production Cars, Concept Cars and best Brand Design Language. The 2025 Car Design Award’s winner announcement ceremony and the handover of the trophies will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at the ADI Design Museum in Milan, during the 2025 Milan Design Week.
