At Palazzo Reale, in the heart of Milan, the More than Kids / More than a Car conference intertwined art, music, and innovation in a dialogue between Valerio Berruti and Renzo Vitale, Creative Director of Sound Design at the BMW Group. The event, promoted by BMW Italia as part of the major solo exhibition More than Kids, anticipated the arrival of the new BMW iX3, the first vehicle of the Neue Klasse generation, expected in spring 2026.

Visual identity
Berruti, one of the most intense and recognizable Italian artists, has constructed a universe populated by childlike figures suspended in time. His installations, including Nel silenzio and Don’t let me be wrong (accompanied by a short film with a soundtrack by Daddy G of Massive Attack), speak of wonder and change, evoking childhood as the origin and future of humanity. “Only those who know how to wonder can still believe that it is possible to change course,” the artist recalls, linking the theme of climate change to a collective narrative.

Mantaining the BMW tradition
The exhibition thus becomes the ideal context to showcase BMW’s vision: a brand that has intertwined mobility and culture for over fifty years, from Art Cars designed by Calder, Warhol, and Koons to collaborations with museums and theaters around the world. This philosophy finds new expression in the Neue Klasse, a platform designed to redesign electric mobility with a holistic approach to sustainability and sensory experience.
