Ford has unveiled the new Kuga. The SUV has undergone a thorough restyling on a technical and aesthetic level. Developed and produced in Europe, the Kuga in the plug-in hybrid version can travel around 70 kilometres in electric mode. The model has evolved both inside and out, with a fascinating, contemporary design and multiple personalities. The elegant Titanium trim, the sporty ST-Line and the adventurous Active each communicate their own vocation through exclusive features and design elements. The full-width ‘Coast to Coast Led’ light bar frames the new front grille design, which showcases the Blue Oval.
Inside, the new Kuga is equipped with the SYNC 4 infotainment system, with twice the computing power of the previous system. SYNC 4 integrates with smartphones, features 5G connectivity for quick access to cloud-based information, and integrates connected navigation with traffic, weather and hazard alerts. The system also includes wireless connectivity to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for wireless access to apps and information from your devices. Alexa Built-in is also standard, allowing access to the voice assistant to ask questions or control home automation devices.
SYNC 4 also supports drivers in making the most of the new Kuga6’s towing capability with the Trailer Connection Checklist, which helps make secure connections to the trailer. Trailer Tow Navigation also allows drivers to enter the total dimensions of the vehicle and trailer so that SYNC 4 can select a route to avoid sharp bends, low bridges and other obstacles.
