Daniele Calonaci is the new manager for the EMEA region of Alfa Romeo and Jeep design. Prior to his current role, Calonaci worked as Chief Designer in Jeep (2018-2020) and in the previous 10 years as designer for various FCA group brands such as Fiat, Fiat Professional, Alfa Romeo, Abarth and Lancia, and before that for CNH and Iveco. Calonaci will report directly to Klaus Busse, responsible for Europe, Middle East and Asia FCA group design.

Among his latest projects are the exterior style of the Fiat Centoventi concept car, presented at the Geneva Motor Show 2019, and the Fiat Ducato in 2016. Calonaci joined FCA in 2008, after 3 years working for a supplier of the group and 2 years in an exterior design company. He graduated in Architecture from the University of Architecture in Florence in 2003.

The design team that reports to Klaus Busse is now composed as follows: Marco Tencone (Head of EMEA Maserati Design), Rossella Guasco (Head of EMEA Colour and Material Design & Head of Lancia Design), Alberto Dilillo (Head of EMEA Fiat, Fiat Professional and Abarth Design), and Daniele Calonaci (Head of EMEA Alfa Romeo and Jeep Design).
