Aion has unveiled the interior design of the highly anticipated Hyper GT, featuring an organic modernist concept. The super-electric sedan, part of the GAC Group’s premium Aion brand, is a product that combines design, performance and aerodynamics. The launch event was held in the presence of Zhang Fan, Vice President of the GAC Research and Development Centre, Pontus Fontaeus, Director of GAC Advanced Design Los Angeles, Stephane Janin, Director of GAC Advanced Design Milan and Sandy Hartono, Director of GAC Advanced Design Shanghai.

Inspired by the organic modernism of architecture and product design, the interior of Hyper GT focuses on creating an organic form of design, making the entire space more harmonious, welcoming and structured. All redundancies have been eliminated from the interior space, revealing a unique, sci-fi sense of light and luxury in simplicity. When you sit inside the Hyper GT, you are offered a new visual experience: a sense of openness, purity and simplicity.

he organic modernism is not only expressed in shapes, but also in colours and materials. The desire is to seek the aesthetics of ‘man-machine symbiosis’. Compared to the traditional interior space, the design of the Hyper GT offers a broader vision. The upper surface of the dashboard is decorated with motifs used in oblique punching processes. Our design team paid special attention to achieving an anti-glare effect by simulating sunlight shining through the front windscreen on the texture. The striking yet subtle pattern does not interfere with the driver’s view.
